"Stranger In This Town" is the first solo studio album by Richie Sambora, the guitarist of Bon Jovi. The album's 10 tracks have a more blues-oriented sound, with Richie singing lead vocals and contributing guitars, backed by fellow Bon Jovi members Tico Torres on drums and David Bryan on keyboards, as well as a guest appearance by Eric Clapton on the track "Mr. Bluesman". The album's singles were "Ballad Of Youth", "One Light Burning" and "Stranger In This Town". "Mr. Bluesman" was only released as a promo single.
