Joe's previous album "You And Me" received phenomenal reviews around the world and catapulted him to the top of the blues/rock/guitar scene. His live performances are simply spectacular and electrifying. The Paradiso in Amsterdam and Shepherd's Bush in London were sold out when he played there. Now Joe presents his new album "Sloe Gin", which was once again produced by Kevin Shirley.

"On my seventh solo album I wanted to experiment with acoustic means, which I first discovered on Rod Stewart's first album. I think the heavy blues fit very well with the acoustic mix. Once again, Kevin Shirley did a wonderful job of realizing my ideas and putting them together in a way I never would have. He is a true master. I based the order of the songs on the A and B sides of records. I have the feeling that iPods make listening to a complete album a waste of time.

With 'Sloe Gin' I wanted to bring that experience back. So, sit back and enjoy this album out loud!!!!"
