Dream Theater keyboardist Jordan Rudess is no stranger to experimentation. He has a reputation for skillfully pushing creative, sonic and technological boundaries.

His forthcoming 2024 solo album "Permission To Fly" embodies this ethos and explores the complexity of human existence in our multi-faceted world. With Darby Todd (Devin Townsend) on drums, That Joe Payne on vocals, Steve Dadaian on guitar and Bastian Martinez as guest guitar soloist, Rudess has this time assembled a core group of musicians to support and expand his vision.
