Life took an unexpected turn for London-based British-Brazilian student Liana Flores when her song "rises the moon", released in 2019, became a viral hit two years later and has been streamed over 500 million times worldwide to date. With a zoology degree from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland in her pocket, the 24-year-old has now decided to become a singer-songwriter and signed a contract with the legendary American Verve label.
