By bringing together Ray Barretto, Tito Puento (timbales) and Joe Farrell (tenor and soprano saxophone, flute), he created one of the best Latin jazz albums ever recorded.
All the musicians involved are given space to present some of their best moments. With an interpretation of Stevie Wonder's "Pastime Paradise", the album also moves into soul territory.
