Do They Know It's Christmas? [12-inch]

Band Aid was a charity supergroup founded in 1984 by Bob Geldof and Midge Ure to raise money for famine relief in Ethiopia. To commemorate 40 years since the original recording of the Christmas classic "Do They Know It's Christmas?" and to raise further funds for the Band Aid Trust, newly compiled formats will be released at the end of November.

The product includes the original 1984 version of "Do They Know It's Christmas?", the later Band Aid 20 and Band Aid 30 versions and the 2024 Ultimate Mix - a brand new edit mixing the voices of the many artists who have recorded the song over the decades. The mix was produced by Trevor Horn. For the first time on CD and LP, the Live Aid Final version of the song recorded at Wembley Stadium in 1985 will feature on the track list of the ultimate complete collection.
